We stand behind our clothing tailoring and repair work for customers in Auckland and New Zealand. If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to put it right.
Scope
This Return Policy applies to clothing alteration and repair services we perform on your garments at our Auckland, New Zealand workshop. We provide tailoring, hemming, zip replacement and garment repairs to customers across Auckland and NZ. This policy does not apply to the return of unused goods, as our service is the labour and materials we apply to items you bring to us.
Our Auckland workshop handles alterations and repairs for customers from Newmarket, central Auckland, and across New Zealand. This includes dress hemming, suit alterations, zip replacement, and other clothing repair work. If you collect your garments from our NZ workshop and are not satisfied, the steps below apply.
If You Are Not Satisfied
- Contact us within 14 days of collecting your garment from our Newmarket, Auckland location and describe the issue.
- We may offer to redo the tailoring or repair work at no extra charge where the outcome does not match what was agreed.
- If we cannot resolve the issue, we will discuss options such as a partial refund of the service cost, where appropriate under our NZ policy.
Exclusions
We are not responsible for damage that existed before we worked on the garment, or for wear and tear after collection. We recommend checking your items when you collect them from our Auckland workshop and raising any concerns immediately.
